Tyranid Prime Conversion

Hi I'm looking for a way to make a Tyranid Prime but not finding much inspiration on the net. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks

Mine is particularly lazy... I took a normal warrior and gave him a set of large scything talons stuck upside down to be bone swords. Then I added armour plates from various kits to bulk him out a little. Painting him with markings and red bone swords helps him stand out. Easy but hardly inspiring, sorry.

sorry. My conversion is the same as Simon's. Ones from a quick google look like a better go at it than ourselves.

I have in the past used a lictor to represent a broodlord, but could bits of a lictor convert on with a warrior model to make a good mix?

Think I'm just going to stump up for either these or these.

Clearly you don't plan to do shrikes with bone swords.... They are rediculously expensive, possibly the most expensive you can get for the size of the model. If you go with official GW (and forge wold) parts.
