Looking for decent Cultists

Postby IronWithin » Wednesday 26th September, 2012 1:25 pm

I''m going to be making some cultists (I have some traitor guard in the offing), but I want a particular look for them and I was wondering if people had suggestions of what I could do to get this desired look.

Essentially, Iron Warriors use their trench slaves and cannon fodder once the battle has begun to; these slaves would basically do all the worst jobs that the Warriors wouldn't want to do (IW do dig trenchs themselves but this is only for as long as it amuses them etc and the iconic first spade into the earth). The slaves would come from all kinds of walks; PoW's, lifer slaves and true Chaos Cultists and Rebels (who would be marginally better trained; represented by the fact they have autoguns rather than pistols and spades :p)

So I want a mixed bunch of ragged individuals. I was think for the ranged weapon cultists that these or these would be appropriate. for the more feral slaves, a mixture of flagellants, and these

Ultimately though I'm not completely convinced so if anyone knows any alternatives that might be more appropriate let me know

Ha! I hadn't spotted those.

There you go Michael, your search for cultests has ended, I think Plaguebears are EXACTLY what your army needs!

I was looking at the bears and seriously considering one as a comedy cultist. Maybe a Escher ganger for "Cultist-Chan" as well ;)

A few conversions on those Bears and you've got a Blood Bowl team ;)
