Great News:

In summary, we are not loosing any colours (they just get renamed) and the number of colours is doubling (to almost 150!).

On the plus side - paints specially made for dry brushing.
On the other hand - have to relearn all the names.

Very excited. Base white! Dry brushable stone colours! a dozen more reds and purples!

I know that all of these will just be mixes of existing paints that the painting team commonly uses and we could mix them up ourselves, but most of the new stuff released before are colours i would never have made. Who thought up dheneb stone?! Yeah, bit of brown and bone, throw some pink tones in there... boom.

Don't think i'll be able to get the whole set as i imagine it'll be around 500 pounds... booooooo

I am very tempted to get the whole set since my paints haven't been used in years and I have no idea what sort of state they are in after being in the cold garage over winter. It would give me everything I need to start again ... or I could just throw all the money at someone and get them to paint an army for me ;)

Wayland Games seem to be doing good deals on various bundles of the paints. Full set in a Battlefoam case, each of the ranges as seperate lots and a "pick any 6" for £11 deal. All well below RRP.
