The Club Challenge

Basically a multi-system event (40k, WFB, blood bowl, hordes/warmachine, xwing) in the Nationals sort of style. Can bring up to 15 people (more spaces may be released closer to time if there's space), and can compete both in individual categories and as a club across the board if we enter 2 or more players to at least 3 of them. (Should be simple enough for us I imagine).

Anyone fancy a society excursion?

Could have been tempted, but I'll be cycling in France.

I'll likely be playing WFB, of course.

The 40k rules do seem a bit odd though! (Happy to help test things, nonetheless, for either system - don't play any of the others).

Could be talked into playing if we can get a team together.

I'm rather tempted by this one. Anyone else? How many do we need to constitute a minimum sized team?

As few as we like, but to get a chance at overall shield we need 2 people for each of at least 3 categories.

Looks like we so far have interest from (based on discussions at the physical meeting on Saturday):

WFB:
Jake (me)
possibly Palfy

40k:
Sam
Probably Tom H
Possible interest from Phil

Anyone else likely to be up for it, and/or thinking about playing other systems?

Those who are thinking of going, it's a case of ensuring you're free, then getting a ticket (and ideally posting on here, so people know a team is going). Ideally, then, practice games :-)
