Which is spyral prime? Is it the city map the imperial vs chaos game was on?

Looking at the pic on the website I'd say so.

I'm up for Apocalypse, can bring Imperial or Eldar.

If we are going to play though we may as well try all the rules, some look like nice touches and nothing looks to be too busted.

I'm going to be looking for some Fantasy games again after the weekend, but I'm not really up for mirror matches, so unless you wanted to bring your unread, you'll have to get someone else to play against your lizards.

Sorry, it's immediately obvious in my previous post: the link to GW website takes you straight to the selection of tables with pictures of each of the 8'x6' tables.

I'm available, can bring Daemons for either fantasy vs Lizards or 40k.

Sorry, I scanned through the thread and must have overlooked the link.

I'm available on the 17th. I'm feeling a little lukewarm about apocalypse at the moment, might be up for fantasy.

My apologies Rick, I've just read the forum this morning and seen my last message looks really condescending

It should have read:

"Sorry, it's not immediately obvious in my previous..." i.e. I didn't actually label what the link was.

Really bad slip up there. Makes me look like a right t*** . Please accept this public apology.

That'll teach me to concentrate properly when typing

I was quite surprised, it was like suddenly getting savaged by a friendly labrador :o No problem :)

I can play in the apocalypse game if it turns out to involve a side I'm on (or I could field a small Dark Angels contingent), but I'm also happy to play other stuff.

What are people's thoughts on factions and sides for the Apocalypse game?

The battle of the 5 armies?

I'm in for Apocalypse on the 17th, I think. Haven't been around much recently as life has been royally sucking but I'd quite like a couple more games where possible!

A bump for this thread to review interest in gaming on the 17th August.

Any thoughts as to factions/sides yet? Do we have many people preferring 1-on-1 games/ fantasy, i.e. should I book more 6'x4' tables?

Based on posts so far I've got an overview consisting of:

Apocalypse:
noodle (imperial)
talorian (imperial or eldar)
namhaft (chaos)
seriesofbadjokes (daemons)
rommel (imperial or chaos)
vassakov (imperial?)

Others:
Rick (fantasy, possible apoc. depending on factions)
Sam (fantasy, ok to do apoc. imperial or tau if low uptake for fantasy and more apocalypse players required)
Kremlin (interest expressed for fantasy further up the thread, though I'm not sure for this date...?)
seriesofbad jokes (daemons for fantasy)

Omissions/corrections/additions, anyone?

Whilst my preference would be Apocalypse with my Eldar, I don't mind 1 on 1 games again would be my Eldar.

I can bring my Lizardmen if needs be :)

Chaos v imperium apocalypse would seem easiest, unless we can rustle up enough for a tau/eldar alliance.

I'll have imperials

I'd quite like to come too. Can bring high elves (or maybe chaos) or tau/eldar/spacemarines depending on whats going on.

Same here. I can bring DoC, new Lizards (though I won't be getting the book until the day after, but I know what it all does) or indeed possibly both.
